A rare Sunday afternoon.
Phoebe's belated birthday at the Zoo yesterday, and I swear the animals had some kind of enmity towards us.
Anyhow, Zoo with your friends are hell fun. My camera died on me which explains the absence of photos so it's kinda hard to describe alot of the interesting incidents that occurred.
But Zoo's fun is limited because we had more gala time at the after programme. Phoebe's craving for porridge steamboat let us on a drive from Mandai to Joo Chiat(yes, the distance we would conquer for food) but, the outlet was no longer in business. Still, we manged to settle for sze chuan steamboat at an awesome deal of $15/pax (no GST,no service charge). *yum*
Oh, and KTV for the 1st time with the bunch was awesome! Never mind that Shifu only sang two words but we had so much fun that his laughter can be heard all around Shenton Way. Yea, we ended up KTV-ing at the Partyworld in Shenton instead. I MUST DECLARE THAT PHOEBE IS AN AWESOME HOKKIEN SINGER. *bows down to the newly crowned tai yu tian hou(hokkien princess)*
But the ultimate fun of the night was at the expense of 'fei yu qing' + Jerry (SORRY JERRY. Even though your presence was not there. But we could strongly feel you around us. *meow*)
wahahhaa!!
So it's finally a weekend off for me today. Am usually at the art studio during the weekends but the KTV after effect and the super late night yesterday made me succumb to my bed this morning. Just couldn't get my lazy ass off the comfy setting.
Ok, enough of my fun weekend.
