Just this week...

HOT mama Zoe Tay graced the cover of 8Days in a skimpy bikini which created a controversial topic among many Singaporeans for the past few days. I'm for neutral in this banter.

C'mon. If Hollywood A-listers eg. soon-to-be mummy Halle Berry or even Angelina Jolie can pose on FHM , why can't Caldecott Queen Zoe Tay wear a sexy two piece swimwear on 8Days? So what if she's a mother of 2, a perfect wife of Mr. Phillip? If Mr. Phillip has no objection, what rights do we have to boycott that cover. She's the ONLY 40yr old female celebrity who has the "liao"(assets) lor.

On the other hand, god knows what those 'chi co peks' will do to that magazine. In a not-so-liberal country of Singapore, I wonder what will her kids think of her. hmmm.

Kid to Friend : " My mummy is Zoe Tay and she is very pretty in her swimming costume! Her face is on the magazine you know!!!"

Friend : "But my mummy refuse to let me see! Lend me your copy leh!"

Me : ............ *faints*

As Hong Kong mourns over the passing of famous comedian Lydia Sum...

During her healthier days.

Most recent pic of Fei Fei.

...Another part of HongKong gathered for the final showdown of Edison Chen's hoo-ha. Canadian-born heartthrob sincerely apologized to the media(14 sorries) and the *ahem* willing *ahem* victims involved in his scandalous misconduct. Edison solemnly announced that he will quit HK's showbiz( i reckon he's just gonna disappear for a short while only lah) and devote his time SOLELY to Charity. Someone give credit to his remorseful honesty please.

But, he is still cute leh.

OLE~ OLE OLE OLE~~ How can we forget the cheers at the Padang last night when Singapore outbid Moscow to host the first ever Youth Olympic Games? It is such an honour for the Olympic flame to be lit up on our little sunny island. Check out official webby of YOG2010.

A prominent history in time. Stand up for Singapore!

While more congratulatary messages splash across papers and blogs today, I'm thinking of future ERP charges and rise of almost everything come 2010. 10% GST maybe? *shrugs*

A must-watch movie of the year.

The Leap Years.

p/s: Babe! Let's catch this movie! How's that??

From Trevvy.com

MediaCorp Raintree Pictures, one of Asia’s leading film companies and Ochre Pictures, Singapore’s award-winning production company are producing Singapore’s first English love story entitled, THE LEAP YEARS.

Thai heartthrob – Ananda Everingham, last seen in Shutter (2004) co-starred in this romantic love story with Singapore girl next door - Li Lin. Based on a novella by well-acclaimed writer, Dr Catherine Lim, the story talks about a young Singaporean girl having chance upon her special someone on 29th February. She decides to base her intuition on an Irish leap year tradition that no man will refuse any request of a lady and invites him out for a date. Together, they embark on a romantic journey that spans over 12 years, meeting only thrice in 12 years, on the leap year. The delightful draw being the leap yearly meet-ups is sure to entice the special someone out there in all of us.

Awwwwwww. Bring tissues. I'll cry I swear.

Do you believe in forever? Is true love even of existent? How long is a wait?

Till today, I simply cannot comprehend the depth of these questions.

My current favourite snack - Plain Chocolate McVities Digestive Biscuits.

McVitie’s biscuits have been enjoyed by generations for over 100 years. The first ever digestive biscuit was created by a new young employee, Alexander Grant. The name Digestive was derived from its high content of baking soda as an aid to food digestion.

Over one hundred years later the McVitie’s Digestive remains a firm favourite and is the highest selling brand in the everyday biscuit segment.McVitie’s first foray into the blending of biscuit and chocolate resulted in the Homewheat Chocolate Digestive brand (now simply known as McVitie’s Chocolate Digestive) in1925. Over 71 million packets of McVitie’s Chocolate Digestives are eaten in the UK each year – that’s an astounding 52 biscuits per second.

YUMMY CAN.

你知道吗?
我很喜欢牵着你的手的感觉
那是什么样子
我好希望再来一次...

There's something about this song that made my heart cringe. I thought everything's ok until I heard it on the radio awhile ago. I guess a part of me still have not gotten over the fact that I have already been forgotten...
